ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEER - Fredericksburg, VA Responsibilities: Assist the Chief Engineer in the following duties: Manage testing and repair of life safety systems Monitor and analyze utility usage Manage building automation systems Manage all building documentation Assist in the completion of the building audit Manage the preventive maintenance program Manage the daily tasks of the engineering staff Requirements: Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience as a journeyman engineer level.
